Hi Shayne

Now that the excitement  is over, we can say thank you for making our party a great night. All arrangements went smoothly. The food was really good and the general service we received was excellent. The food came out steadily and all the timings worked well. The young lady taking care of us was very pleasant, calm and a lovely demeanour in a very hectic environment. Please pass on our thanks to her in particular.  Wishing we could do it all over!.
