21st Birthday Party 23rd May 2014
Hi Samantha,
I had an amazing 21st last Friday thanks to you and your team. Thank you so much 🙂 My friends, family and I had so much fun and absolutely loved the venue (they kept commenting how great the space/food was!). [The booking process was] Very easy. I received an email straight away about pricing, easily organised to see the space and booked it then and there on the spot. Through all the emails and phone calls I received information straight away and the team answered my questions very promptly. [The function] was beyond my expectations! The balloons looked great in the space and I liked how I was allowed to move the furniture beforehand. The TV slideshow worked out great too.
Very happy [with the service] – there was one female bar staff that spoke to me before about how the night will run and she was very friendly/helpful. Actually, ALL of them were very kind and welcoming which I found really helpful.
Overall it was such a great night and so I thank you for all the organising and efforts. The two rooms worked great as I was able to dump bags and presents there and the adults were able to escape from the music. The main room is just beautiful and it was a perfect size for the amount of people I had. Oh and delicious food!!
Again, thanking you for hosting such a great night, it all went perfectly 🙂
